On our website, fill out the contact form with your details and specific needs. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Once you complete the form, I (Jake) will reach out to you, usually by phone, to answer any questions and ensure we are a good fit. You can also call us directly; Paula or I will be happy to assist you. This form allows us to gather the necessary information to create your portal. - Access Your Client Portal & Communication
Once we receive your form, we’ll send you a link to set up your client portal through our app. This is where all the magic happens: manage appointments, view updates, receive visit report cards, and communicate with our team. Communication is crucial to us because we understand that your pets are family members. We strive for the best communication possible to ensure their well-being. - Schedule a Meet and Greet
After setting up your portal, we’ll arrange a meet and greet. This crucial step allows us to get to know you and your pet, ensuring we tailor our services to your needs. We verify the information in the portal and address any last-minute thoughts or entry instructions. This step ensures we provide top-notch care.
About Our Meet and Greets
Our meet and greets take place at your home, allowing your pet to meet us in their familiar environment. This visit enables us to see their living space, locate supplies, and address any specific questions. We schedule this with flexibility to accommodate unforeseen circumstances and ensure your pet’s comfort.
Key Arrangements
For your convenience, we do not accept hard copies of keys. Instead, we recommend a secure lockbox for your property and sharing the access code with us. This ensures no one has a key that can be lost, and facilitates last-minute visits even if the primary walker is unavailable.
